Challenge

After being an established keepsake brand for several years, KEEP Collective was due for a brand refresh. The logo looked clunky and old and the brand voice needed an emotional tone. The brand needed to regain its footing as an elevated jewelry brand that celebrated friends, family, faith, adventure, and love.

Solution

We overhauled everything, including developing concept packaging, performing a face lift on any emails sent to our new and current sellers, and updating brand guidelines. These established a simple, sophisticated tone and fresher, more contemporary color palette and fonts. The handwritten font was added to give a touch of personalization and whimsy.

Challenge

Every year, the New Designer’s Guide and Opportunity Booklet is revamped with new information and fresh visuals. The goal of the asset is to coach women who are just starting their own business, so they can learn how to make social selling easy and engaging. The previous guides were dense with information and offered little breathing room. It made learning feel overwhelming.

Solution

After looking at the content from a high-level view, I asked myself this question: if I were new to social selling, what information would I find essential, nice-to-have, or not necessary at all? Keeping this question in mind, restructuring the booklets became easier. Long passages of texts were replaced with short, digestible text, fun infographics, photos, and design elements. These guides are not only easy to understand but fun to peruse through.
